Dear Parents/Guardians, We have been informed by the pitch organisers that the All-Weather pitches will be closed for resurfacing during November and possibly part of December. These works were originally scheduled to be completed over the summer to minimise disruption; however, this has unfortunately not been possible. As a result, bookings will only be available up until the end of October, until we have a clearer understanding of the confirmed closure dates. We will keep you updated as soon as further information becomes available. We apologise for any inconvenience or disappointment this may cause and thank you for your understanding. Kind regards, BHFC Time: 9:00-10:30am Duration: 1hr 30mins Dates: 6th Sept-25th October 2025 Location: Battersea Park All Weather Pitch Development Centres at BHFC Battersea (FDP) provide children the opportunity to receive technical coaching, focusing on their fundamental skills in a fun and enjoyable environment. The 1 hour 30 mins sessions are split into fun focussed warmups, technical coaching combined with 40 minutes of competitive small sided matches in appropriate age groups per week. We currently run our FDP on Saturday mornings at Battersea Park All Weather Pitches from 9-10:30am. The Development Centre is highly suitable for players who are beginners to football or want to begin their journey with the BHFC but can not fully commit for our competitive teams. The Development Centre operates in line with the BHFC club in terms of the curriculum and developmental programme specific for each age group. The player development lead coach will be monitored and if spaces in our BHFC competitive teams become available will be offered to our FDP players first.
