I would like to describe myself as a young and talented football coach who has the ability to be able to adapt to situations that require man management skills and being able to motivate and get the best out of the players that I coach and mentor. My Football Coaching inspirations are Pep Guardiola and Sir Alex Ferguson as they demonstrate the ability to manage a group of players well and have an immaculate amount of tactical knowledge.
